Bauhaus-Inspired Interior

The starting point for creating the interior of an apartment in the residential complex "Geneva" was the wishes of the customers, who dreamed of a laconic design without unnecessary details. A young married couple asked Anna Samarino to consider all possible scenarios for using the space and, in addition to the main rooms, to allocate an office and a dressing room. Built-in plaster Decorator lamps with diffused light appeared on the ceilings of each room, and graphic elements in the Bauhaus-inspired interior style helped to soften the severity of the modern style.

As a result, a combined kitchen-living room, master bedroom, dressing room, study, bathroom, and shower room were placed on one hundred square meters. A separate laundry room was organized by reducing the kitchen. The designer was able to create a coherent design with rooms flowing into each other thanks to the light Quick Step laminate. It was laid using the adhesive method to mask the joint between the floor coverings with a cork compensator, and not an overhead threshold. Similar details allowed Anna Samarina to abandon classic baseboards. This solution was tested in several interiors, the customers of which were very pleased. The original compositional core of the project turned out to be a large color block - the volume of the bathroom in the hallway was highlighted in red. The degree of contrast it sets is continued by the Artpole decorative panels, which form a complex architectural form. Together with the ProfilDoors glass partitions, they set off the gray corner sofa for evening gatherings. The window sills throughout the house are covered with temperature-resistant stone, and the profile of the Roman blinds is emphasized by graphite edging. The highlight of the customers' room is the spectacular headboard, stretching along an entire wall. The rhythm of the soft panels is enlivened by a circle of painted MDF with LED backlighting and graphic sconces. Blackout curtains and a special film on the windows allow you to regulate the lighting.
